持续性非卧床腹膜透析患者的饮食管理 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨持续性非卧床腹膜透析患者在饮食管理前后的营养状况、生活质量变化。方法:随机选择病情稳定、腹膜透析充分、符合观察条件的持续性非卧床腹膜透析患者60例,随机分成对照组和管理组,进行饮食管理前后比较,采用主观综合性营养评估(SGA)、营养生化指标作为评估营养状况的标准,健康相关的生活质量生命量表(SF-36)的评分结果作为评价患者生活质量的指标。结果:进行饮食管理的30例患者营养状况、生活质量明显高于未进行饮食管理的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续性非卧床腹膜透析患者进行饮食管理,对提高患者营养状况、生活质量,减少并发症具有重要意义。 Purpose:On patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis in'the dietary management of nutritional status, quality of life before and after the change. Methods:Selected at random in a stable condition, peritoneal dialysis adequately, in line with the observation of 60 patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, randomly divided into control group and the management group, dietary management before and after comparison, using subjective comprehen,ive nutrition assessment (SGA), nutritional biochemistry indicators as a stan- dard of evaluating the nutritional status, health related quality of life scale(SF-36) as evaluation index of patients quality of life score results. Results : After diet control 30 cases of patients nutritional status, management of quality of life were significantly higher than those not on diet,differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion: Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients to diet management, to improve the nutritional status of patients, the quality of life, has very important significance to reduce complications.
