摘要
目的观察分析应用临床护理路径对提高消化性溃疡患者相关依从性的效果。方法将我院脾胃科确诊的50例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,每组25例。路径组制定临床护理路径表,以表格形式对患者从入院到出院进行连续、系统的健康教育;对照组予以常规护理指导。结果路径组依从性高于对照组,路径组患者的平均住院日和平均住院费用均有显著降低,两组的患者对消化性溃疡相关健康知识的认知度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能明显提高消化性溃疡患者依从性及对相关知识的认知程度,降低消化性溃疡患者平均住院日和平均住院费用。
Objective To observe and analyse the effect of the application of clinical care path on improving the relevant compliance of patients with PU.Methods Fifty cases of patients with PU diagnosed by the doctors in the spleen and stomach department our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The clinical care path should set forms of clinical care path,which would be used to record the process of continuous,systematic health education about the patients with PU in the hospital process.The control group received routine nursing instruction.Results The compliance of patients in the compliance path group was higher than that of the control. And the patients in the path group with the average length of stay and average hospital costs were significantly reduced.The two groups of pa-tients had significant difference in levels of awareness about PU health knowledge （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion The clinical care path signifi-cantly improves the compliance of PU patients,increases the levels of awareness about PU health knowledge,and reduces the average length of stay and average hospital costs for patients with PU.
