摘要
目的研究慢性心力衰竭患者运用米力农治疗后的心功能改善情况及其对血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法选择60例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,所有患者均运用米力农进行10 d的治疗,分别在治疗前后测定患者的血压、心功能、心率以及血清TNF-α、IL-6水平,同时选择同期60例健康体检的人员作为对照组,比较观察组治疗前后和两组患者的血压、心功能、心率以及血清TNF-α、IL-6水平变化。结果患者经过米力农治疗后虽然仍与正常人的心功能、血清TNF-α、IL-6水平有一定差距,但是与治疗前相比,有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米力农能够不同程度的缓解慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,使血清TNF-α、IL-6水平降低。
Objective To study in patients with chronic heart failure after the use of milrinone improved cardiac function as well as its serum levels of tumor necrosis factor （TNF-α）,leukin-6 （IL-6）effects.Methods The hospital selected in October 2010 -2012 60 Oc-tober diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic heart failure patients for the study,l patients were using milrinone therapy for 10d,espe-ctively,the patient＇s blood pressure was measured before and after treatment,ardiac function,heart rate,d serum TNF-α,L-6 levels,hile over the same period selected 60 healthy persons as a control group,observation group and two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood pressure,t function,t rate,d serum TNF-α,L-6 levels.Results The patients after milrinone treatment,ugh still with normal heart func-tion,erum TNF-α,L-6 levels have a certain gap,ut compared with before treatment,e were significant improvements,ignificant difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion milrinone to varying degrees of remission in patients with chronic heart failure,ardiac func-tion,erum TNF-α,L-6 levels decreased.
