声脉冲辐射力成像技术在乳腺复杂囊性结节诊断中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨声脉冲辐射力成像(ARFI)技术对乳腺复杂性囊性肿块的定性诊断价值。方法选取经手术及穿刺病理证实的20例患者23个乳腺囊性结节,均有常规超声及ARFI检查结果,常规超声检查难以区分结节的囊实性,分析其ARFI图像特征,包括声触诊组织成像(VTI)及声触诊组织量化(VTQ)两种成像方式。结果 23个乳腺囊性结节中21个VTI成像呈白色,VTQ测定为无值即显示为X.XX m/s,诊断符合率达91.3%。结论 ARFI技术从组织质地的角度为诊断乳腺囊性病灶提供了一种全新的方法。VTQ与VTI技术相结合可帮助超声医师对二维声像图上表现不典型的乳腺复杂性囊性肿块作出准确诊断,为临床治疗方式的选择提供依据。 Objective To evaluate the value of acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI)elastography in the diagnosis of breast com-plex cysts.Methods Twenty-three breast cysts of 20 patients confirmed by biopsy or surgical pathology were selected.All cases underwent ARFI and ARFI elastography was used to conduct virtual touch tissue imaging(VTI)and virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ).The imag-ings were analyzed.Results Twenty-one of 23 breast cysts displayed white by VTI and VTQ value was displayed as X.XX m/s.The accura-cy rate was 9 1 .3%.Conclusion ARFI elastography composed of VTI and VTQ provides a new method for diagnosing breast complex cysts and offering the basis for clinical cure.
