摘要
分析结果显示:W高校的教师队伍的学历结构基本合理,教师队伍形成了三级教学和科研梯队雏形,男性教师与女性教师在数量比例上基本一致。但与全国普通高校平均情况相比较,W高校的高职称、高学历教师比例较低,新进教师中女性教师偏多。说明教师队伍结构还需进一步优化,整体教师队伍素质有待提高。优化地方高校教师队伍结构,需要从教师队伍管理着手,定期分析教师队伍结构现状、树立"开放性"人才引进理念、精心设计招聘环节等。
The result shows that W university owns the teaching staff of basically rational structure in terms of teaching, scientific research and the proportion of male and female teachers. But compared with other ordinary col- leges, there exist fewer teachers with senior professional titles and/or with senior educational qualifications, and more new female teachers in local colleges. All these show that it is necessary to optimize the structure of and improve the quality of teaching staff. To do that, it is necessary to make a regular analysis of their current situation from the man- agement of teaching staff, and set up the concept of open brain gain and design the process of recruitment well.
