摘要
研究了两个糯玉米品种(西星白糯2号、西星黑糯1号)种子在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下萌发过程中4个生理指标的变化,并对幼苗株高及根长进行了测量。结果表明:两个品种在0、50、100、150、200、250mmol/L NaCl溶液胁迫下,种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数以及活力指数都受到不同程度的抑制,并随NaCl浓度升高显著降低;苗高和根长也受到抑制;两个品种比较,西星黑糯1号种子的萌发速度、幼苗生长势受盐胁迫影响较小,表现出较强的耐盐能力。
The variation of four indexes during seed germination process of waxy corn were studied with two varieties of Xixingbainuo 2 and Xixingheinuo 1 under salt stress.The seedling height and root length were also measured.The results showed that the germination potential,germination percentage,germination index and vitality index were inhibited in different levels under 0,50,100,150,200 and 250 mmol/L NaCl,and they significantly reduced with the increase of salt concentration.The seedling height and root length of waxy corn were also restrained.Through the comparison of two waxy corn varieties,the germination rate,growth vig-or of Xixingheinuo 1 were less influenced by salt stress which showing stronger salt endurance.
