摘要
阐释了水电开发中的生态文明,必须从"以人为本"的科学发展观出发保护生态,要防止用保护生态的口号阻碍人类文明和科学发展的倾向。以长江三峡工程建成后的巨大效益,回复了长江水生生态系统已经崩溃的不适之词,强调了整体的生态大局观;批驳了那些对三峡工程的流言蜚语与不实之词。
The concept of ecological civilization is described. In the development of hydropower, the environment pro- tection should be based on a human-centered scientific outlook on development and should not hinder the development of human civilization and science. Enormous benefits of the Three Gorges Project indicate that the overall ecological con- cept plays a pivotal role in hydropower developments and the rumor that the aquatic ecosystem in the Yangtze River has collapsed is untrue.
