摘要
测量了ZnO-TiO2和ZnO-CuO导电陶瓷的正电子寿命谱及其电阻率,研究了TiO2和CuO掺杂对ZnO陶瓷中电子密度和电阻率的影响。结果表明:在ZnO中加入少量的TiO2,随着ZnO陶瓷中TiO2含量的增加,样品中的自由电子密度升高,电阻率降低;在ZnO中加入少量的CuO,随着ZnO陶瓷中CuO含量的增加,样品中的自由电子密度降低,电阻率升高。
The positron lifetime spectrum and the resistivity measurements were performed on the ZnO-TiO2 and ZnO-CuO conductive ceramics.The effects of TiO2 and CuO dopants on the electron densities and resistivity of ZnO conductive ceramics were studied.The experimental results show that with the increase of TiO2 content in the ZnO-based conductive ceramics,the electron densities in the bulk and on the grain boundaries increase,giving rise to the decrease of the resistivity of the samples.With the increase of CuO content in the ZnO-based ceramics,the electron densities in the bulk decrease,leading to the increase of the resistivity of the samples.
