汽油质量升级硫含量检测影响因素及解决方法探讨 被引量:3

摘要 选择SH/T0689-2000紫外荧光法和GB/T11140-2008波长色散X射线荧光光谱法作为测定依据进行检测实验.对各种影响汽油硫含量检测结果的因素进行分析。分析结果表明,当裂解温度在1000~1050℃之间时。标样回收率无限接近100%,即测量结果无限接近真实值;裂解氧气及载气氩气流量过大或过小。都会导致检测结果偏离真实值;不同浓度的样品,其进样量的多少会直接影响测试结果的准确性,对硫含量低的样品可适当加大进样量,而硫含量高的样品应适当减小进样量,同时进样速度的快与慢也会影响检测结果的准确性;当硫含量低于40mg/L(约为54μg/g)时应选择标准曲线0—30—50;采用GB/T11140-2008测定硫含量时不受碱性氮的影响.而SHIT0689-2000在相同检测条件下,不同检测仪器的检测结果不同,尤其是针对国V汽油的检测。鉴于此,在选择检测方法时应避开氮元素对检测结果的影响,建议采用GB/T11140-2008标准作为国Ⅳ、国V汽油硫含量检测的仲裁方法。 Researchers analyzed all factors affecting the testing of sulfur contents in gasoline using the SH/T 0689-2000 ultraviolet fluorescence method and the GB/T 11140-2008 wavelength dispersion X-ray fluores- cent spectrometry method.The analysis shows that when the pyrolysis temperature is between 1000 and 1050℃ ,the sample recovery rate is infinitely close to 100%,namely,the testing results is infinitely close to the actual values.When the flow rates of pyrolysis oxygen and carrier-gas argon are higher or lower than the desired values,the testing results will deviate from the actual values.Depending on the concentration of the sample,the sample amount will directly affect the accuracy of the testing results.Therefore,for samples with low sulfur contents ,the sample amount can be raised properly,while for samples with high sulfur contents ,the sample amount can be reduced properly.The sample rate will also affect the accuracy of the testing results. When the sulfur content is lower than 40mg/L The testing of sulfur contents using the GB/T (about 54μg/g),the standard curve 0-30-50 should be used. 11140-2008 method will not be affected by basic nitrogen, and when the SH/T 0689-2000 is used,under the same testing conditions,different testing instruments will deliver different testing results ,particularly for the testing for gasoline products meeting the national V emis- sion standard.Therefore,the influence of nitrogen on the testing results should be avoided when selecting the testing method.The article suggests using the GB/T 11140-2008 as the arbitration method for testing the contents of sulfur in gasoline products meeting the national 1V and V emission standards.
