摘要
目的比较分析不同产地佛手药材的化学成分,并对不同产地的佛手药材进行种质评价。方法采用超高效液相色谱仪联用四级杆飞行时间质谱仪(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS)分析鉴定10个不同产地的佛手药材,并采用主成分分析统计处理试验数据,讨论区分不同产地佛手药材的特征性成分。结果结果表明10个不同产地的佛手药材中,福建、安徽、江苏等产地的佛手药材化学成分近似,而四川、云南、广西等产地的佛手药材具有相似性,产地广东梅州、广东潮州、广东肇庆的佛手药材相似,浙江的佛手药材化学成分与其他产地差异较大;找到了区分10种不同产地佛手药材贡献值较大的9种化学成分并进行了初步鉴定。结论 10个不同产地的佛手药材化学成分存在差异,可能与药材的产地不同密切相关;应用UPLC/Q-TOF-MS方法快速分析鉴别,为佛手药材质量控制提供了方法。
Objective To compare and evaluate constituents of Fructus citri Sarcodactylis from different places. Methods We analyzed 10 kinds of Fructus citri Sarcodactylis from different places. The data were processed by PCA of chemometrics and the characteristic constituents of Fructus cirri Sarcodactylis from different places were measured. Results Fructus citri Sarcodactylis from Fujian, Anhui, and Jiangsu had similar chemical constituents; the constituents ofFructus citri Sarcodactylis from Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guangxi were affinibus, and the constituents of Fructus citri Sarcodactylis from Chaozhou, Meizhou, and Zhaoqing of Guangdong province were also close to one another; Fructus citri Sarcodactylis from Zhejiang was distinctive from the others. At last, 9 compounds which had more contribution value in Fructus citri Sarcodactylis from different origins were found. Conclusion There distinc- tion may be related to the habitat in the constituents of Fructus citri Sarcodactylis from 10 different origins. Rapid analysis and identification provide experimental basis for the quality control ofFructus citri Sarcodactylis.
