摘要
目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者实施气管切开的护理方法。方法对我院收治的68例重型颅脑损伤患者的临床诊治和护理资料进行回顾分析。结果本组6例发生肺部感染,1例并发哮喘,1例并发呼吸衰竭,其并发症发生率为11.76%,经过一系列护理措施后,肺部感染患者的病情均得到了缓解,顺利拔除气管套管。护理满意度调查,16例非常满意,48例满意,4例不满意,其护理满意率为94.11%。结论对于接受气管切开治疗的颅脑损伤患者,护理人员应加强对患者气道管理工作,减少并发症的发生。
Objective The nursing method of tracheotomy for patientswith severe craniocerebral injury were analyzed . Methods in our hospital in patients with severe craniocerebral injury clinical diagnosis and nursing data were retrospectively analyzed .Results of the 68 patients 6 cases occurred in patients with pulmonary infection after tracheotomy ,1 cases of pa-tients with asthma ,1 patients with respiratory failure ,the incidence rate of complications was 11 .76% ,after a series of nurs-ing measures for patients with pulmonary infection ,the pain were alleviated ,smooth tracheostomy tube .To investigate the nursing satisfaction ,in 68 patients ,16 patients are very satisfied ,48 cases were satisfactory ,only 4 cases were not satisfied , the nursing satisfaction rate of 94 .11% .Conclusion for patients undergoing tracheotomy in treatment of traumatic brain in-jury ,nursing staff should strengthen the patients airway management ,reduce the incidence of complications .
