摘要
采用碱性热处理结合酸诱导热变性,从菜籽粕加工废水中回收蛋白质。经单因素实验和正交实验得出最优工艺条件为:热处理pH 10,热处理温度70℃,热处理时间10 min,酸沉pH 2.5。在最优工艺条件下,所得蛋白质回收率和干基蛋白质含量分别达到62.11%和65.48%。
The recovery of protein from rapeseed meal processing wastewater was investigated by alkali heat treatment and acid - induced heat denaturization. The optimal recovery conditions were obtained by orthogo- nal experiment based on single factor experiment as follows: heat treatment pH 10, heat treatment tempera- ture 70℃ ,heat treatment time 10 min, acid precipitation pH 2.5. Under these conditions, the recovery rate of protein and the content of protein ( dry basis) were 62.11% and 65.48%, respectively.
