摘要
为了更好地利用棕榈仁油脱臭馏出物,分别对棕榈仁油脱臭馏出物的理化指标及其脂肪酸组成进行测定,并且通过正交实验优化棕榈仁油脱臭馏出物甲酯化条件,得到甲酯化最优条件为:甲醇添加量0.8 mL/g,浓硫酸添加量0.02 mL/g,反应温度65℃,反应时间120 min。在最优条件下,棕榈仁油脱臭馏出物酯化率可以达到97%以上。
The physicochemical indexes and the fatty acid composition of palm kernel oil deodorization distillate were determined so as to make full use of the palm kernel oil deodorization distillate. The optimal methyl esterification conditions of palm kernel oil deodorization distillate were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows : dosage of methanol 0.8 mL/g, dosage of concentrated sulfuric acid 0.02 mL/g, reaction temperature 65 % ,reaction time 120 rain. Under these conditions, the esterification rate of palm kernel oil deodorization distillate could reach more than 97%.
