摘要
党性有两种相互关联的存在形态:一是党性的规约形态,二是党性的现实形态。正是党性的规约性所要求的党性和人民性的统一,使中国共产党的先进性有了根本保证。把党性的规约性变成现实性,从而始终保持党的先进性,是党自身建设的根本任务。
The Party character is reflected in two interrelated forms： one is its statutory nature, the other is its practi- cality. It is the unity of the Party character and the people character as required by the statutory nature of the Party character that guarantees the advanced nature of the Chinese Communist Party. It is the Party＇ s fundamental task to turn its statutory nature into practicality and enable itself to maintain the advanced nature in its self-building.
