摘要
为了便于进行户外设备故障检测工作,构建了基于嵌入式操作系统的便携式红外图像处理装置。针对红外图像灰度分布不均衡且对比度低的特点,首先提出了一种红外图像的伪彩色编码方法;其次进行了Linux下基于Qt和OpenCV的伪彩色处理程序的设计;最后对处理后的实验结果进行了分析。实验结果表明:此方法处理后的伪彩色图像能够较好地反映了物体温度变化,便于后续正确判断是否存在故障及故障的位置,此外在Linux下进行设计满足了基于嵌入式操作系统的应用需求。
In order to facilitate the work of the outdoor equipment fault detection,a portable infrared image processing device is built based on embedded operating system.According to the uneven gray distribution and low contrast characteristics of infrared image,this paper presents a pseudo color coding method of infrared image,and secondly,it designs pseudo color processing programs based on Qt and OpenCV under the Linux operating system,and finally,it analyses the experimental results.The experiment results show that the pseudo color image after processing can well reflect the object temperature changes,as a result,a correct judgment that whether there is a fault and the fault location can be made.In addition,designing programs under the Linux operating system meets the application requirements based on embedded operating system.
