摘要
环境噪声污染已成为影响人们工作效率、身心健康和生活品质的重大危害。本文简要介绍了功能型复合木门的静音原理及制造工艺,设计了一种利用木刨花和废旧回收椽肢等可再生资源制备的木基高分子材料作为静音功能层的复合木门,通过高聚物的黏弹性阻尼作用及特定的声学降噪结构从而达到对声能的快速消耗和能量转化。
Environmental noise pollution has become a major hazard affects the work efficiency, physical and mental health and life quality of people. The mute principle and manufacturing process of wooden functional door were briefly hltroduced in this paper, and designed a compound wooden door using wood based polymer materials as mute function layer, prepared from wood shavings and renewable resources such as recycled rubber, by polymer viscoelastic damping behavior and specific acoustic noise reduction structure to achieve the fast sound energy consumption and energy conversion.
