摘要
利用葡萄糖做碳源,通过简单的水热法制备了碳修饰的Zn2SnO4纳米颗粒。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征。实验结果表明本方法制备的Zn2SnO4为立方尖晶石结构,形貌为纳米颗粒,分散性好,粒径在10-50nm左右。拉曼光谱(Raman)表明制备的Zn2SnO4纳米颗粒中有无定型碳的存在。用所制备的样品对亚甲基蓝进行紫外光照射下的光降解实验,结果表明碳修饰的Zn2SnO4纳米颗粒光催化效率比不含碳的有所提高,可能原因是无定形碳材料具有良好的吸附力和导电能力。
Carbon-modified Zn2 SnO4 nanoparticles were synthesized by a facile hydrothermal using glucose as carbon source. The structure and morphology of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the Zn2SnO4 obtained by the method are cubic spinel structure, well-dispersed, size about 10-50 nm Zn2SnO4 nanoparticles. Raman spectroscopy confirmed the presence of amorphous carbon in the prepared Zn2SnO4 nanoparticles. The photocatalytic of the obtained samples for methylene blue under the ultraviolet irradiation was investigated. The results reveal that the carbon-modified Zn2SnO4 nanoparticles exhibit higher photocatalytic activity than the pristine Zn2SnO4 because the amorphous carbon has a good adsorption property and excellent electroconductivity.
