摘要
谷氨酰胺(Gla)是具有多种生理和药理功能的条件必需氨基酸,在化学分类上属中性氨基酸。早在20世纪70年代,Windmueller和Spaeth。就观察到小肠所需的主要能源物质是Gln而非葡萄糖。随后的研究逐渐表明,Gln不仅是氨基酸类营养素,更是作用广泛的免疫营养药物。
Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in bloodstream, is the preferred fuel source for enterocytes. Gluta- mine exerts its functions through the activity of its transporters, which are located in cytomembrane, to transport it into or out of intestinal epithelial cells. Intestine is the primary center for glu- tamine metabolism in the body. As ASCT2 and B0AT1 are the most important glutamine transporters in the intestine, it wound be helpful to gain the knowledge of the structure, function, and pathologic changes anti control strategy of the two transporters in order to have a better understanding of the metabolism and func- tion of glutamine.
