摘要 研究了复杂产品的特性和生产需求,根据精益生产管理的指导思想,给出了复杂产品的精益生产管理流程;采用有向图和矩阵法表示复杂产品的时序关系,为协同生产提供了技术支持.构建了适合复杂产品特点的精益生产协同优化平台,实现生产、销售、库存、原材料统一采购等功能的一体化管理,并缩短交货期、降低成本、改进服务和提高产品质量,为推动企业应用先进的管理模式提供了参考依据. The characteristics and production requirement of complex product are studied, the management process of lean production for complex product is proposed according to the guiding ideology of lean production;By using the matrix representation and precedence graph, technical support is provided for collaborative production. Based on the characteristic of complex product, the lean production collaboration optimization platform is constructed so as to realize the integration covering all links in the industrial chain, such as producing、celling、inventory and raw materials purchasing. It realizes short delivery times, lower costs, high services and high product quality ,It can provide the reference basis for the enterprise using advanced management mode.
