摘要
在板材的热轧生产过程中,准确知道板材内部温度分布随时间的变化是板材力学性能控制的关键。以往的方法是利用有限差分法或常系数偏微分方程的解来计算温度场,为了避免有限差分法计算步数太多和常系数偏微分方程的解不能满足参数随温度变化而变化的不足,给出了分步解析的解。经试验对比,本方法计算结果与数值解法和实测值接近,可用于中厚板的温度场在线计算。
In the hot processing of plate and stripe, the temperature field is one of the key factors in quality control. The finite difference method is a cockamamie one and the analytic solution's coefficients cannot change with temper ature. One new method is elucidated that called step analytic solution for practice. The calculation result is very sim liar to numerical method and practical measurements, and can be used in the inline calculation of hot plate tempera ture distribution.
