摘要
深入解读和分析党的十八届三中全会有关金融体制改革内容的基础上,发现总体的市场化改革逻辑是沿循着金融资源配置效率、金融市场体系、金融对内对外开放和防范金融风险四个逻辑层次来推进的。提高金融资源配置效率是深化改革的方向,不断完善金融市场体系是深化改革的重点,扩大金融对内对外开放是深化改革的难点,有效防范金融市场风险是深化改革的保障。
On the basis of studying and deep analyzing the financial system reforms discussed in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party, this paper finds that the general logic of market - oriented reforms promotes through four logical level： financial resource allocation efficiency, financial market system, internal and external opening on fi- nance and financial risk prevention. We should clearly figure out that the direction of deepen reforms is to improve the financial resource allocation efficiency, the point is to improve the financial market system, the difficult is to expand the scope of opening - up of the financial internal and external, the guarantee is the efficiency of financial risk prevention.
