摘要
目的:探讨双排CT对肝脏早期占位的诊断。方法:12例肝癌患者行CT平扫及增强扫描,由副主任医师以上放射医师分析、诊断,并由病理诊断。结果:平扫对早期病变发现能力较弱;增强扫描可以全面显示病变。结论:双排螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描对肝脏早期占位诊断具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To study on double CT in diagnosis of early liver space - occupying lesions was analyzed and diagnosed. Method 12 cases of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma underwent CT plain scan and enhanced scan, the disease by the deputy chief physician radiologist ,and it was diagosed by pathological. Results Early lesions was difficult to be detected by scan;enhancement scanning can fully display lesions. Conclusion Double row spiral CT scan and enhanced scan for early liver lesions have some clinical value.
