摘要
运动目标的检测与分割是航道智能监控系统中的重要环节,先通过对图像作预处理平滑图像去除噪声,减小波浪对运动目标检测算法的影响,然后利用运动目标检测算法在背景中提取到前景对象,最后通过连通区域标识算法把每个对象用一个外接矩形来标识,从而实现对运动目标的检测与分割。
Moving Target Detection and segmentation is an important link for Waterway Intelligent Surveillance System,This paper first by removing noise smoothing the image preprocessing of the image, To reduce the influence of wave on the moving target detection algorithm. Then use the moving target detection algorithm to extract the foreground object in the background. Finally through connected region labeling algorithm to identify an external rectangle for each object, achieve the moving target detection and segmentation.
