肺结核患者血清IL-23和IL-22检测及临床意义 被引量:8

Expression and clinical significance of serum IL-23 and IL-22 on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

摘要 目的研究肺结核(PTB)患者血清IL-23和IL-22水平并分析其临床意义。方法检测47例PTB患者和26名健康志愿者(HV组)外周血血清IL-23和IL-22水平,并分析其相关性。结果 PTB患者血清IL-22水平明显低于HV组(P<0.05),常规化疗药物治疗前PTB患者血清IL-22水平明显低于治疗后(P<0.05),结核分枝杆菌反应阳性患者血清IL-22水平明显低于阴性患者(P<0.05);PTB患者血清IL-23水平明显低于HV组(P<0.05),治疗前PTB患者IL-23水平明显低于治疗后(P<0.05),结核分枝杆菌反应阳性患者血清IL-23水平明显低于反应阴性患者(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,PTB患者血清IL-22水平和IL-23水平无明显相关性(P>0.05),但结核分枝杆菌反应阳性患者血清IL-23水平与IL-22水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 IL-23和IL-22均在抗结核免疫过程中发挥重要作用。 Objective To study serum IL-23 and IL-22 levels and analysis its clinical significance in pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) patients. Methods ELISA was used to detect serum IL-23 and IL-22 levels in 47 PTB patients and 26 healthy volunteers (HV group). Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of them. Results Serum IL-22 level of PTB group was significantly lower than that in HV group (P〈0. 05). Serum IL-22 level of PTB group was significantly increased after treat- ment(P〈0.05). Serum IL-22 level of sputum smear-positive PTB group was significantly lower than that in sputum smear-negative PTB group (P〈0. 05). Serum IL-23 level of PTB group was also significantly lower than that in HV group (P〈0. 05). And serum IL-23 level of PTB group was significantly increased after treatment(P〈0.05). Serum IL-23 level of sputum smear-positive PTB group was significantly lower than that in sputum smear-negative PTB group (P〈0. 05). The correlation analysis showed that there was no correlated between serum IL-23 and IL-22 levels on PTB patients(P〈0.05), but there was positively correlated be- tween serum IL-23 and IL-22 levels on sputum smear-positive PTB patients(P〈0.05). Conclusion IL-23 and IL-22 may play a more important role in PTB development.
