摘要
从社会文化视角出发,可将腐败问题的文化因素作为一种研究思路。结合我国的文化传统和现实境况,可以从三个维度进行分析,即通过制度文化路径分析理出制度文化亏缺;通过体制文化路径分析理出体制文化失衡;通过廉政文化路径分析理出廉政文化弱化等。综合当下中国及世界腐败治理情势,此三者,即制度性完善和制度文化建设的堵-疏结合机制,国际间的反腐合作以及整合互联网反腐手段的技术构成,不失为未来阶段一个可操作性的选择。
This article contends that Chinese corruption can be analyzed from the perspective of so-cial culture .Taking into account of the traditional and the contemporary contexts ,the author proposes an analytical framework of three dimensions ,namely ,the system cultural path designed for analyzing system culture deficit ,the institutional cultural path for the imbalances of the insti-tution culture ,and integrity cultural path for the weakness of the anticorruption culture .The in-tegration of the three dimensions directs the improvement of the institution and the prevention_controlling mechanism , international cooperation and employment of internet anti_corruption techniques ,which is operational in the near future considering the current situation in China and the other countries in the world .
