摘要
①麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤证说明表证经过汗、下后,如果表证已去,就不能再用解表的方法治疗;误治后的变证,并不取决于误治的方法,而是取决于病人的体质。汗出与无大热两者为共同伴随症状,因为汗出时体温会随汗弥散,故凡是汗出的就一定不会有大热,凡是有高烧的就一定不会有汗出;太阳经主表,太阴肺经主皮毛,太阳篇中,凡咳、喘、短气等均涉及到太阴肺病,太阳病的证候概括了太阴肺经。②综合《伤寒杂病论》全文,太阳表证应有五种:大致可分为伤寒、中风、温病、风湿和中暍。而大多医家在讨论太阳表证时,多局限在伤寒、中风和温病,甚至一些医家只认为伤寒和中风是太阳表证。③炙甘草汤组方具有三大特色:重用大枣、重用地黄、清酒煎煮,临床运用该方时必须注意到这三大特色,否则就很难收到相应的疗效。
Abstract ：Mahuang xinren gancao shigao decoction syndrome explains that exterior syndrome treated with swealing, purgative method, if exterior syndrome relieves, the method of the relieving exterior can＇t be used;deteriorated syndromes after mistreatment depend on the patients＇ constitution,not mistreatment. Sweating and non-high fever are the common associated symptoms, because body temperature dispersion with sweating, so all sweating doesn＇t accompany with high fever, and high fever not accompany with sweating;Taiyang chan- nel administrations exterior syndrome. Lung channel of Hand-Taiyin administrations skin-hair, in the taiyang article, the cough, asthma, shortness of breath all iu＇olve lung disease of Hand-Taiyu,Tayang disease syndrome sums up Lung channel of Haxd-Taiyin. （Cm,- prehensive full text of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases, the exterior syndrome of Taiyang include five kinds ： typhoid fe- ver, stroke, febrile diseases, rheumatology and insolation. But most physicians discussion the exterior syndrome of Taiyang most limit in typhoid fever,stroke and febrile diseases, and even some doctors only consider typhoid and stroke belong to the exterior syndrome of Taiyang. （Zhigancao decoction formula has three characteristics： high dosages of jujube,radix rehmanniae,saki decoction,clinical useof the prescription must pay attention to the three characteristics, otherwise it will be difficult to receive the corresponding curative effect.
