摘要
义务教育的均衡是由外延向内涵不断发展的过程,黄山市义务教育虽然在经费投入、教学设备方面已基本实现均衡,但在师资、学生发展、学校文化等内涵方面还存在差异。整合教育资源、开展伙伴合作、优化学校文化生态建设是促进黄山市义务教育内涵式均衡发展的新路径。
The balance of compulsory education is a continuous process Irom uenotauw u~ p to connotative development. The compulsory education in Huangshan City has basically reached balance in fund input and teaching equipment; however, it is inadequate in such connotative aspects as faculty, student development, and academic culture. Integrating education resources, conducting partnership cooperation and optimizing campus cultural ecology construction is the new path to promote balanced connotative development of the compulsory education in Huangshan City.
