摘要
聚焦于价值链国际分工背景下的研发知识外溢,重点探讨了本土吸收能力不同方面表现对我国制造业部门研发知识外溢的调节作用。分析表明,本土市场规模扩大,产权制度环境和人力资本条件的不断改善,都表现出对研发知识外溢的正向调节作用;而由于非本地根植性,制造业集聚水平提升反而表现为不利调节作用。
By focusing on R＆D knowledge spillover under division of global value chain, the research mainly dis- cusses different adjustment effects of local absorptive ability on R＆D knowledge spillover in manufacture. The findings show that large local market scale, better environment of intellectual property right, and improving of hu- man resource, all have positive adjustment effect on absorption of R＆D knowledge; while agglomeration of manu- facture showed adverse adjustment effect due to low connection with local economy.
