摘要
针对西北工业大学现有某杆式天平安装时装配应力对元件输出值的干扰,分析其原因为元件固支端的长度不足所引起。文中在天平中心部分长度不变前提下,通过改变杆式天平元件固支端长度和直径,应用ABAQUS软件进行有限元仿真和分析,结果表明:元件固支端长度对测量值影响较大,而直径大小对其影响不明显。文中对天平设计和使用中注意事项提供参考。
In view of the interference of assembly stress from installation of a bar-shaped balance on component output values, the reason is thought as inadequate length of clamped end of the component . In this paper, with the prerequisite of no change on length of centre part, through changing length and diameter of the clamped end of the balance component, ABAQUS was used for finite element simulation and a- nalysis. The result shows length of clamped end of component effects more on the measured values, but the effect of diameter is not obvi- ous. The conclusion of this paper can provide a reference for balance design and use.
