摘要
为对汽车起重机驾驶员作业技能进行有针对性培训,需对其实际操作技能进行评价。利用汽车起重机上车控制器所携带的SD存贮卡,记录吊装作业的整个过程;应用建立的汽车起重机三维虚拟模型,可逼真回放吊装作业过程;借助建立的各类作业行为评价规则,对驾驶员的总体作业技能做出评价,提出培训意见;对识别出的作业行为进行去抖处理,能有效提高评价可信度。系统实际应用表明,能准确评价汽车起重机驾驶员作业技能,帮助分析吊装作业事故原因。
To have well-directed operative skills training for truck crane drivers, it is necessary to evaluate their practical skills level. Using SD memory card carried by the lifting controller of truck crane, the entire lifting operations are recorded. Adopting three-dimensional virtual model of truck crane, the playback of lifting operations can be showed exactly. With establishing evaluation rules of each type of operational behaviors, employing statistical evaluation to all types of operating behaviors based on historical data, the overall levels of the driver＇s operative skills are evaluated and training advices are proposed. By the de-bounced processing to operating behaviors distinguished from data of logger, the credibility of evaluation is improved effectively. The applications testing in actual operating environment have demonstrated that operative skills of truck crane drivers could be evaluated accurately and the aids could be provided to analyze the cause of lifting operation accidents.
