复方平阳霉素联合长脉宽1064nm激光治疗静脉血管畸形

摘要 目的观察复方平阳霉素联合长脉宽1 064 nm激光治疗皮肤静脉血管畸形的疗效。方法 47例皮肤静脉血管畸形的患者先瘤内注射平阳霉素、地塞米松、明胶海绵和利多卡因的混合药液,待瘤体明显变薄(厚度约0.8 cm)后,再选用长脉宽1 064 nm Gentle YAG激光治疗。结果治疗后随访6~12个月,完全治愈23例(48.94%),基本治愈15例(31.91%),显效6例(12.77%),好转3例(6.38%),无效0例(0%),总有效率93.62%。结论复方平阳霉素联合长脉宽1 064 nm激光治疗皮肤静脉血管畸形能有效避免单一治疗方法的不足,疗效高,复发率低。 [ Objective ] To observe the effect of compound Pingyangmycin combining long- pulse 1 064 nm Laser to treat venous malformation. [ Methods] At first, 47 cases of patients with skin venous malformation were treated with compound Pingyangmycin, which mixed with Pingyangmycin, Dexamethasone, gelatin sponge and Lidocaine. Then treated by long pulse 1 064 nm Gentle YAG Laser when the tumor was significantly thinner (thickness of he- man-gioma is about 0.8 cm). [Results] Follow up of 6 to12 months, 23 cases (48.94%) gained complete healing, 15 cases (31.91%) gained basic healing,6 cases(12.77%) gained marked effect, 3 cases (6.38%) gained effective therapy, 0 cases (0%) was ineffective, and total effective rate was 93.62%. [Conclusions] The treatment of compound Pingyangmycin combining long-pulse 1 064 nm Laser can effectively avoid the deficiency of the single treatment. And it is also a safe and effective method in treat venous malformation and has little side effect.
