摘要
给出了摆动活齿传动系统的功能方框图 ,建立了摆动活齿传动系统的故障树 ,以模糊数来表示活齿传动系统故障树中各事件发生的概率 ,提出了活齿传动系统的模糊故障树分析方法 ,并给出了应用实例。其原理和方法也适用于其它各种活齿传动系统的模糊故障树分析。
The function block diagram of a swing movable teeth drive system is given and the fault tree of the swing movable teeth drive system is built up. The probability of event occurrence in fault tree analysis of a movable teeth drive system is described by fuzzy number. The fuzzy fault tree analysis of a swing movable teeth transmission system is done according to the fuzzy fault tree theory. The fuzzy fault tree analysis method of a movable teeth drive system is presented and an example is given. The principle and the method in this paper is suitable for the fuzzy fault tree analysis of any other movable teeth transmission system.
