摘要
在生态危机日益严重的今天,能够同时提高当地的森林覆盖率以及森林资源的生产效率,又可以完善当地森林资源产权的流转制度是目前需要重点研究的一项课题。综述了江西省南丰县森林资源流转的现状,同时分析了当地森林资源流转过程中存在的一些问题,提出了规范其森林资源流转的相关措施和建议。
Against the background of aggravating ecological crisis, it is an important task to improve forest coverage, production efficiency of forest resources, improve circulation system of local forest resource property right. By reviewing the status quo of forest resource circulation in Nanfeng County, problems in the circulation, countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to regulate the circulation of forest resources.
