摘要
腹水易发于老龄犬和幼犬,贮留的液体分为伴有炎症的渗出液和非炎症性的漏出液,是一种继发疾病。笔者就临床中遇到的1例老年犬肝腹水,通过诊断分析,针对因低蛋白血症和肝实质障碍引起的腹水(属于非炎性漏出液)进行保肝、利尿、补充营养及蛋白质和抗感染治疗后,获得了预期的效果。
Ascites is a secondary disease, which is prone to elderly dogs and puppies. The retained liquid in abdomen is composed of inflam- matory and non-inflammatory exudate fluild. The author diagnosed and analyzed a clinical case of elderly dog as liver ascites. In view of the ascites induced by the hypoproteinemia and the liver parenchyma injury （ belongs to non inflammatory exudate）, a series of treatments were used, such as the liver protection, diuresis, nutrition and protein supply, and anti-infection therapy, and achieved the intended effect.
