摘要
[目的]了解春大豆品种数量性状遗传参数及其各性状间的相互关系。[方法]应用变量分析法分析春大豆品种(系)主要性状的平均值、遗传力和遗传进度以及性状间的表现型、遗传型的相关系数。[结果]春大豆株高、节数和百粒重较稳定,且遗传力较高;株高和节数与产量呈极显著正相关,分枝与产量相关不明显;荚数、粒数和百粒重对产量达显著正相关。[结论]试验提出了春大豆主要性状的遗传动态和选择效果,为大豆品种间杂交亲本的选配、杂种后代表现的预见性以及杂种后代处理方法等方面提供了一定的理论依据。
[ Objective ] To understand the genetic parameters of quantitative traits in spring soybean varieties and the relationship between their various traits. [ Methods] The variable analysis was applied to analyze the average value, heritability and genetic progress of the main traints in spring soybean varieties (lines) and the correlation coefficient between the phenotype and genetic type of the traits. [ Results ] The plant height, number of sections and hundred seeds weight in spring soybean were more stable, and the heritability was higher; the plant height and number of sections were significantly positive correlated with yield, and the correlation of branch and yield was not obvious ; pods, grains and hundred seeds weight on yield were significant positive correlation. [ Conclusion] The study proposed a genetic dynamic and selec- tion effect of the major traits in spring soybean, providing a theoretical basis for aspects of hybrid parents matching among soybean varieties, predictability performed in hybrid offspring and the processing methods of hybrid offspring.
