摘要
防控突发性传染病是各级医院的重要职能,本文从中国医疗卫生体系改革的新趋势入手,针对当今社会需求的特殊问题带来的基层医院的功能变化,从规划布局到功能设置提出了基层医院建筑的"联动网络"模式。从动势联结、动态联合、动平衡联营三个层级建构了网络体系,并阐明在突发性传染病的不同阶段,这三个层级在城市不同域面中所起的作用。
Emergent infectious diseases prevention and control is an important and basic function of the hospital. Based on the new tendency of the Chinese medical and healthy system reform, as well as the function changes of primary hospitals due to the special demands of current society, the author proposes the general principle of ＂linkage network＂ mode, which composes three different levels： dynamic coupling, dynamic combination and dynamic balance. The functions of linkage network mode are elucidated in different stages of the emergent infectious disease in different domains of the city.
