摘要
采用国产和日本产聚丙烯腈原丝 ,通过纤维强度、伸长率、纤度、纤维相对分子量和溶液性能等常规分析 ,C、N、H元素分析 ,DSC、TG、IR、X射线、扫描电镜和透射电镜分析 ,找出两种原丝在强伸度、分子量、熔点、元素含量、结晶度及其表面形貌等结构与性能的差别 .研究结果表明 :与国产原丝相比 ,日本原丝的断裂强度、分子量、结晶度及取向度较高 。
Two different PAN precursor fibers made in Boho Rayon, Japan and in Jilin, China, were used to study the structure using DSC,TG,IR,XRD,SEM and TEM and the properties using normal analytical methods for fibre strength, specific elongation, viscosity, relative molecular weight, solution character and chemical element examination. It has been found out that the structure and properties including crystallinity, surface morphology, element content, fibre molecular weight, melting point, strength and specific content, fiber molecular weight, melting point, strength and specific elongation between the two different PAN precursor fibers. The results show that as compared with the native PAN precursor fiber, it has higher molecular weight, crystallinity and orientation, breaking strength and lower breaking elongation for the Japanese one.
