摘要 针对柴油机在高强化工况下上止点附近的拉缸问题,采用往复摩擦磨损试验方法,研究不同载荷、不同温度条件下,CKS活塞环与硼磷合金铸铁气缸套的抗拉缸性能。结果表明:随着载荷和温度的升高,摩擦副的抗拉缸时间急剧缩短,当载荷超过80 MPa,温度超过220℃之后,抗拉缸性能会维持在较低水平。在贫油状态下,随着摩擦表面润滑膜的逐渐消耗,摩擦副由微观黏着扩展至宏观黏着,片层状铁基材料转移到CKS活塞环表面,导致缸套表层发生塑性剪切,造成拉缸。 For the scuffing problems near the top dead centre of cylinder liner and piston ring in diesel engine, the anti-scuffing per- formance of CKS piston ring/cast iron under different load and temperature conditions was investigated with a piston ring reciprocating liner test rig. The results show that anti-scuffing time is decreased rapidly along with the load and temperature increasing. As the test conditions exceed the limit ( more than 80 MPa, more 220 ℃ ), anti-scuffing performance is maintained at a low level. Scuffing of CKS piston ring/ cast iron under starved lubrication conditions is due to microscopic adhesions expanding to macroscopic adhesions, leading to the transfer of Fe patches to the CKS piston ring. Its process gives a plastic shearing of the cylinder liner surface and causes the scuffing problem.
