摘要
我国即将加入世界贸易组织 .“入世”后国门大开 ,大量质优价廉的农产品涌入中国市场 ,对中国的农业和农产品市场造成巨大的冲击 ,可能动摇我国的农业基础地位 .本文提出加快农业结构调整步伐 ;以提高粮食单产为重点提升农业综合开发水平 ;积极主动改革国内农产品流通体制加快市场化步伐 ;充分利用WTO的“绿箱”政策支持国内农业发展等四条建议 。
China is to enter the world trade Organization,After its WTO entry.large quantities of agricultural products of high quality and low price will pour into Chinese markets,which is bound to cause great shock to Chinese agriculture and agricultural product markets,even shake the basic agricultural foundation of the national economy,In order to reinforce the foundation,the paper puts forward the following fout suqqestions:quickening the adjustment of the agricultural structure:promoting the level of agricultural complex exploitation focusing on increase of per unit area yield;reforming positively the circulation system of domestic products to speed up the market process;making full use of WTO's protect policy to support the domestic agricultural development.
