摘要
"河图洛书"是中国古代传统文化中具有经典性与标志性的非物质文化瑰宝,是河洛文化的徽识。"河图洛书"对中国乃至世界文化的发展有着深刻的影响,中国传统哲学、军事、政治、医学、美学、伦理学、天文学都围绕并寄生在其土壤中。其突出价值完全具备申报人类非物质文化遗产的资质和条件,应在坚持"联合申报、分层级申报、特色优先"原则的基础上,注意项目搜集、科学整理材料、不拘形式地长期申报,并设立专门申遗机构,营造申遗氛围,提高公众参与意识。
＂Hetu＂ and ＂Luoshu＂ were both the classic and symbolic treasures of ancient traditional culture of China and the emblem of Heluo culture, which had a profound influence on the development of Chinese culture as well as that of the world. Nurtured in its soil were the traditional Chinese philosophy, military, politics, medicine, aesthetics, ethics and astronomy. Its brilliant value fully deserves the qualification and condition for declaring the human non-material cultural heritage. On the basis of adhering the principles of ＂united declaration, hierarchical declaration, characteristic priority＂, due attention should be payed to materials collection, which should be assembled into scientific data, setting up a long-term declaration strategy without being confined to the forms, establishing special application organization, promoting the atmosphere for the application and raising the consciousness of participation on the part of the public.
