摘要
对聚苯乙烯溶于松柏油所形成的粘结剂芯砂进行了实验研究 ,目的在于尝试寻找一种新型粘结材料 ,从而取代目前常用的、价格昂贵的、对环境污染严重的合脂芯砂 为此 ,在进行大量基础实验后采取了正交试验 ,从中找出最佳工艺参数和工艺方案 通过一系列实验 ,认为新型粘结剂性能良好 ,价格便宜 ,无污染 。
An experiment of studying the core sand of bond developed by polystyrene dissolving in conifer oil has been expatiated.The ideal is to research for a new kind of bond material. It can be used to replace the synthetic resin core sand which was expensive and pollutant. So after a lot of basic experiments we choose the orthogonal experiment from which we can get the optimal technique parameters and the optimal techniques project.We think it is a good kind of bond material with good capability,reasonable price as well as no pollution.
