摘要
在现代化家禽生产中,环境因素起着重要的作用,尤以持续高温对家禽生产影响最为显著。文章综述了热应激对家禽生产的影响以及抗热应激饲料添加剂在家禽生产中的应用。
Environmental factors play an important role in modern poultry production, especially the most sig- nificant impact in sustained high temperatures on poultry production. The application of heat stress on poultry pro- duction and heat stress feed additives in poultry production were reviewed in this paper.
