摘要
职业教育衔接体系是现代职业教育体系的主要内涵之一。文章分析了国内外终身职业教育体系发展的概况,明确了我国构建职业教育体系的战略意义,从分层次定位人才培养目标、课程体系、教材体系、职业生涯指导体系等方面阐述了终身职业能力培养体系及其保障体系的构建,进一步明晰了我国终身职业教育体系构建的路径与方向。
Linking vocational education system is one of the main connotation of modern vocational education system. This paper analyses the domestic and foreign development situation of the lifelong professional educa- tion system, makes clear the strategic significance of constructing vocational education system in our country, constructs lifelong professional ability training system from hierarchical position talents training target, course system, teaching material system, the career guidance system .It also builds a lifelong career education guarantee system and clears the path and direction of Chinese lifelon~ professional education system.
