胰性脑病动物模型的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 胰性脑病(pancreatic encephalopathy,PE)是重症急性胰腺炎(Severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)出现中枢神经系统症状的疾病,发病率为18.2%,预后差,病死率高达67%[1],主要临床表现为定向力障碍、意识模糊、烦躁、反应迟钝、表情淡漠、抑郁症等中枢神经系统症状。目前,尚没有成熟稳定的PE动物模型,当前研究SAP并发PE的方法主要包括注射牛黄胆酸钠(SO—dium taurocholate,STC)和雨蛙素(Caerulein,CAE)诱导动物急性坏死性胰腺炎(Acute necrotizing pancreati—tis,ANP)PE模型来实现,此外有直接将SAP患者血液中的活性物质[胰蛋白酶和磷脂酶A2(phospholipase2,PLA2)]注入血管或脑室内来研究SAP脑损伤。
