文蛤是我国沿海常见的一类养殖贝类,因其营养丰富、肉质细腻而深受人们的喜爱。对文蛤的养殖现状、遗传育种、生态因素和药用价值等方面进行综述。
As a common type of shellfish in coast areas of China, Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus has rich nutrition and delicious taste, so it is popular with people. This paper discussed current situation of breeding, genetic breeding, ecological factors and medical value of Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus.
