摘要
城市轨道交通工程主要是在城区施工,地下管线事故发生的频率比较高,损失比较大,原因也比较复杂。针对这些状况提出,政府应在信息平台、监管手段、新技术推广应用等方面发挥地下管线保护的基础作用,而轨道交通工程参建各方则应通过线网规划、设计优化、管线调查、专项方案、现场执行、信息交流等方面加强地下管线保护,同时也提出管线负责人、交叉作业这两个现场管理需要加强的方面。
The main urban rail transit project is relatively high frequency urban construction, underground pipeline accidents, loss is relatively large, the reasons are more complex. For these conditions that the Government should play a fundamental role in the protection of underground pipelines information platform, regulatory means, to promote the application of new technologies, and rail transit project should by all parties participating in the construction line network planning, design optimization, pipeline surveys, special strengthening the underground pipeline protection programs, on-site execution, information exchange, etc., but also aspects of the pipeline proposed charge, both cross-site management operations need to be strengthened.
