摘要 瓦斯抽放管道性能的好坏直接关系到瓦斯抽放过程的安全与可靠,影响到煤矿井下的安全生产,一旦发生静电火花、受冲击破坏、吸瘪等情况,就可能产生非常严重的后果。对瓦斯抽放管的抗落锤冲击、耐老化、耐负压、环刚度等性能进行了试验研究,起草了煤矿用非金属瓦斯输送管材的安全生产行业技术标准。 The performance of gas drainage pipes is directly related to the safety and reliability of gas drainage process and has the influence on the safe production of coal mines. In the event of electrostatic spark, impact damage and shrinkage, they may have very serious consequences. For this purpose, test study was carried out on the performance of the gas pipes, including the hammer shock resistance, ageing resistance, negative-pressure resistance, ring stiffness and so on, and the industry technical standard for safe production in coal mines - "Safety Technical Requirements of Non-metal Gas Drainage Pipes for Coal Mine"has been drafted.
