摘要
目前大多数立井使用的上下滑动栏杆式罐帘门存在频繁开闭困难的问题,为减轻工人劳动强度,研制了一套气动控制立井罐笼罐帘门开闭装置,文章详细介绍了该装置的组成及工作原理。气动控制立井罐笼罐帘门开闭装置可由立井把钩工远方操作控制阀实现气动控制方式打开或关闭罐帘门,该装置的应用可大大降低了工人的劳动强度。
There is difficult frequent open/close problem existed in the up and down sliding type cage shutter applied in major mine shafts. In order to reduce the labor intensity, a set of a pneumatic controlled open/close device for the cage of the mine shaft was researched and developed. The paper in detail introduced the composition and working principle of the device. The pneumatic controlled open/close device of the mine shaft cage shutter would be in a pneumatic control mode to open or close the cage shutter with a remote operated control valve by the lander.
