摘要
以郴州市4所中学作为样本,分别从中学语文教师对继续教育认识状况、阅读学习状况和参与教研教改状况进行调查研究,概述其基本情况,发现存在问题,提出有针对性的建议,以期推动国内中学语文教师继续教育的进一步发展。
This paper is based on 4 sample high schools located in Chenzhou .Cognition concerning continu-ing education ,studying -reading status and education reform participation were studied in this paper .The essen-tial part of this paper is to summarize the basic information ,to discover current problems and to offer relevant sug-gestions regarding the further development of high school Chinese teachers ’ continuing education .
