摘要
结合我国煤矿胶结充填开采的现状,分析了当前存在的充填系统能力有限、充填料浆凝固耗时长、采煤与充填无法平行作业等三方面问题,提出了在煤层的老顶中掘进专门的充填巷道,并利用充填巷道底板的钻孔从采空区的上方进行充填的新工艺,指出了新工艺的优缺点。得出新工艺能够极大地提高目前煤矿充填开采的能力,是煤矿胶结充填开采值得深入研究的新方向。
Based on the current technology of cemented filling used in China’coal mine,analyzed three issues that are limited capacity of backfilling system,the long solidification time of filling pulp and the unparallel work be-tween mining and backfilling.A new process is proposed that tunnelling a special filling roadway in the main roof of the coal seam and fill from the above goaf by using the drill hole of the filling roadway floor.Also,the advantages and disadvantages are dicussed about the new cemented filling technology.Finally,concluded that the new technology can improve the capacity of coal mine’backfilling mining greatly.It is a new direction worthy of further study of cemented filling mining in coal mine.
